Spent Christmas at a hotel in a quaint town. the room was sparkling clean and the bed was comfy. the breakfast spread had various options and the coffee was good too. the hotel was conveniently located near the town square and the train station, making it easy to explore the area. the best part was the cozy fireplace in the lobby, perfect for snuggling up with a book.

The receptionist was not very welcoming and didn't seem to care about the guests' comfort. She wasn't accommodating with room requests and the check-out process was confusing, resulting in an additional charge.
